daily grind. valentines

I'm one of those suckers who get excited about any holiday. My favorite holidays are the ones I get to spend with my peeps.

Valentines didn't turn out quite like I wanted... to much work for both Justin and I, to much last minutes trying to get stuff on my part. But it all ended well thanks to a wonderful husband who is all about making his girls happy.

After work I picked up our traditional love day dinner of pizza and we spent the rest of the day just relaxing with the each other and the Girl...

The best moment of the day was walking to this scene:

Justin picked Evie up from Grammy's and took her to pick out her Love Day gift... balloons. This particular one was asked for over and over. As you can see, it was right there for story time, begged for a bedtime and continued to go everywhere with the Munch for the next few days.

We are lucky girls.
